Children’s Community Clinic is currently seeking a Lead Provider.
Key characteristics include having great skills and a strong background in providing excellent care in unserved and underserved communities. Our clinic is community health focused – we strive to ensure our families stay healthy. In circumstances in which they aren’t we work to get them healthy as quickly as possible, then work with them to stay health. The Lead Providers assists the CEO with accomplishing the Clinic’s mission by ensuring all other Providers stay informed and updated about clinic policies, procedures and changes, and that feedback from Providers is sought on a regular basis. The Lead Provider also works with the Medical Assistants to ensure they have the level of skills & training necessary to do their patient care tasks excellently. S/he assists with ensuring the clinic meets and exceeds the requirements of of programs necessary to provide major components of our services ( e.g.: Vaccines for Children, CLIA, etc.), and recruits volunteer staff. The Lead Provider provides patient care 2 days per week.
